They conduct a semantic analysis and they take into account much more signals. That's why at Web SEO Analytics we launched a metric called KeywordRank. Use our Keyword Analyzer and try to have high KeywordRank for the terms that you want to optimize. At the same time make sure you don’t over optimize your copy and keep the KeywordRank in the green area.

OK, but what is the index for keyword stuffing? Nobody tells me how many times I can put in the keyword in my text or a percentage or an optimum number or a minimum.
Can anyone help?
